About the 101’s
The
101’s provide 101 techniques to use when disciplining a child while creating a healthy, nurturing environment, focusing on the positive rather than the negative. You’ll immediately identify with compelling, real classroom video illustrating the techniques in action. Also included are suggested activities and a library of resources to help you build your own discipline plan. The
101's allows children to learn, behave and flourish in a positive, loving environment.
At Old Dominion University, educators are taught the
101’s and the University’s Child Development Center applies them in their daily childcare practice. These educators, childcare providers and parents are empowered with positive, effective discipline strategies as they work and live with children.
Take the guesswork out of discipline and help the children in your life become happier, more able to settle differences peaceably, and more self-directed.
